Do you ever think about your life? I used to then I stopped! However my current read “who will cry when you die by Robin Sharma” is challenging me to get back into the practice once more!
I feel like I am so over all the talk about “what on earth am I here for” or, “what is my purpose” shenanigans! more so because I don’t know what I am here for, no one is telling me, and truthfully I am tired of guessing as to why I am here! clearly from my mini rant, it looks like I have some weird unresolved issues no? lucky for me I am no psychologist so I cannot psycho analyze myself, and so I choose to move on.
So “Who will cry when you die, by Robin Sharma,” is such an easy read, and why I like it, is because there is no pressure to look deep inside yourself and find out who you are meant to be, and it doesn’t take me on a wild goose chase to rate myself from 1-10 in order to find out where I possibly belong in this complex world.
Instead the book takes you through random acts, random thoughts that propel you to be a better version of you, by starting where you are, by throwing certain challenges your way like 1) Be kind to strangers – you see, you don’t need rocket science for this, or deep long meditation vibe to do this, just be kind!) another I like is 2) maintain your perspective – another practical nugget! when I am angry and I am prone to overreact – maintain your perspective! when I feel slighted and tempted to throw cold water at someone’s face – maintain your perspective! you get the drift right?
Does the gem of wisdom quoted above strike a chord deep within you? Do you feel that life is slipping by so fast that you might never get the chance to live with the meaning, happiness and joy you know you deserve? If so, then this very special book by leadership guru Robin Sharma, the author whose The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari series has transformed the lives of thousands, will be the guiding light that leads you to a brilliant new way of living. In this easy-to-read yet wisdom-rich manual, Robin Sharma offers101 simple solutions to life’s most complex problems, ranging from a little-known method for beating stress and worry to a powerful way to enjoy the journey while you create a legacy that lasts
So why don’t you grab the book, and together let us create a legacy that lasts! you never know, 2017 could be the year that you become Legend!
However if you have read the book, we would love to hear your thoughts on the same. what was your favorite nugget?
Comment below, and let’s have some fun together yes?
With love,
The book swag

I have not read the book. But just thinking about the title makes my stomach turn and my head spin. Not sure I’m ready to read that yet. Nope, let’s just keep that tucked away.

haha, I actually did not think about how morbid the title sounded, I was more into Robin Sharma, than anything else! lol! Tuck it away, and just for you, my next review will be happy go lucky 🙂
